I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings. I have worked with clients living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, social difficulties, childhood trauma, and more.
I utilize psychodynamic and systems theories in my clinical practice, which allows us to explore your struggles from a holistic lens.
